[RFI] The European Commission on Sunday took up French President François Hollande's call for a meeeting of foreign and interior ministers after the shipwreck in the Mediterranean that is feared to have cost the lives of about 700 migrants. Hollande called for "more boats, more aerial surveillance and a much tougher fight against traffickers".
