[Ethiopian Herald] The diplomatic turn around between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan on the issue of the Nile since the last couple of months seem to have reached now its zenith as the three countries are expected to sign a tripartite agreement - turning the GERD issue into cooperation, creating confidence among them. This is high time for Egypt to respect the development aspirations of the Ethiopian people, changing its decades of mistrust and finger pointing of Ethiopia whenever River Nile is raised.
