[African Arguments] Ahead of the Presidential elections scheduled for March 28, the Centre for Democracy and Development (http://ift.tt/1g6duEE), Abuja, will be setting up an Analysis Centre to aggregate real-time updates from field observers and monitor developments during the entire election period. The Nigeria Forum on 'African Arguments' will be partnering with CDD to publish the centre's updates during the election period.
